Shipping and payment

Delivery time

The ordered goods will be delivered within approx. 3-5 working days after full payment. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods - for example due to unexpectedly high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers - we will inform you immediately of the delay.

Prices & shipping costs

All prices listed on the website are final prices in euros (except in the dealer area for commercial customers) and include the VAT applicable at the time of the order.

  • Flat-rate shipping costs within Germany: €6.99

  • Refrigerated packaging (summer time): €9.90

  • EU international shipping: €19.80 flat rate

  • From a goods weight of 30 kg:

    • + € 6.90 per 30 kg (within Germany)

    • + € 19.80 per 30 kg (within the EU)

Shipping costs of €6.99 are generally charged for orders.

Returns / Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, you shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post. If you are not satisfied with the products from the Niederegger online shop, you can return the items; the consignment must be prepaid.

DHL recipient services - for your relaxed parcel receipt

With DHL recipient services, you have full flexibility when receiving parcels. You decide when and where you want to receive your parcels - whether to a Packstation or to a neighbour of your choice.

Parcel notification

With DHL parcel notification, you know exactly when your parcel will arrive. You will receive a free e-mail notification of the planned delivery time.

Desired day

Have your parcels delivered on the day of the week of your choice. You can specify permanent delivery days or postpone the delivery day of an individual parcel by up to six days.

Preferred location

Specify a protected location on your property where we can leave or collect your parcels.

Preferred neighbour

Name a person in your immediate neighbourhood where we can leave your parcels.

Shipping conditions for the retailer area

Here too, final prices in euros apply, including the VAT applicable at the time of ordering. In addition, shipping costs are incurred, the amount of which depends on the size of the order, the weight of the goods and the packaging units.

Deliveries are only possible within Germany.

Terms of payment for the dealer area

Payment of the purchase price for the ordered goods can be made by paydirekt, credit card or PayPal.
