Cancellation policy


As a consumer, you have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.

Right of cancellation

You can cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately, at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the deadline expires.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Grounds for cancellation

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene if you have removed the seal after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

You therefore have no right of cancellation for personalised products (e.g. marzipan cake with an individual greeting message).

You can exercise your right of cancellation verbally, by telephone or in text form. If you wish to cancel in text form, you can use the following form - but this is not obligatory.
