In addition to the world-famous Niederegger marzipan, Johann Georg Niederegger's confectionery skills also included the production of the finest chocolates. Even today, the chocolates and bars are still made in Lübeck according to traditional recipes.
The finely balanced ingredients of the Niederegger praline compositions combine creamy and chocolaty fillings under a coating of crunchy dark or melt-in-the-mouth milk chocolate. Here, too, we pay attention to the use of high-quality raw materials.
