Conclusion of contract
By clicking on the "Order with costs" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. You will receive the order confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending the order. This concludes the purchase contract.
Right of cancellation
You have a fourteen-day right of cancellation. You can find more information on this on the "Cancellation policy" page and in the confirmation email that you receive after placing an order.
Shipping costs
All prices listed on the website are final prices in euros (except in the retailer area for commercial customers) and include the applicable VAT.
Flat-rate shipping costs within Germany: €6.99
For chilled packaging (summer): €9.90
Delivery to other EU countries: €19.80
In the event of cancellation, you bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post.
Payment
Payment of the purchase price for the ordered goods can be made by PayPal, giropay, credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or purchase on account. Outside Germany, payment is only possible by credit card and PayPal.
Delivery
Delivery will be made as soon as the goods have been paid for in full. The delivery time is approx. 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Ordering process
After clicking on a product, a new page will open. You can select the desired number of units in the Quantity field. Clicking on "Add to basket" will take you to a selection field that offers you the option to continue shopping or to display the shopping basket.
If you click on "Show shopping basket" - or alternatively the "Shopping basket" button at the top right - the shopping basket opens and shows the items you have selected so far and their quantity.
You can continue shopping by selecting "Proceed to checkout". The login window will open where you can use an existing customer account, create a new account ("new customer") or reject the account creation.
You then enter your personal details, select the payment method and check all the order details on the final overview page. The purchase process is completed when you click on the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
Correction of incorrect details
You can delete items ("X") or change the quantity in the shopping basket at any time. All data entered can be changed before finalising the order. You can cancel the entire purchase process at any time by clicking on "Cancel purchase".
Contract text
You will receive the complete contract text for your order, i.e. order data, our general terms and conditions, the cancellation policy, the sample cancellation form and the customer information, with the confirmation email for your order. You can also view this information at any time on our website. For security reasons, your order details will no longer be accessible via the Internet once your order has been completed.
