Shipping and payment

Delivery time

Your ordered goods will be delivered within approx. 3-5 working days after full payment. If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods - e.g. due to unexpectedly high demand or bottlenecks at suppliers - we will inform you immediately of the delay.

Prices & shipping costs

All prices listed on the website are final prices in euros (except in the retailer area for commercial customers) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

• Flat-rate shipping costs within Germany: €6.99

• Refrigerated packaging (summertime): €9.90

• EU international shipping: €19.80 flat rate

• Frozen goods (ice cream): an additional €9.00 for the dry ice cool box

The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the goods. For goods weighing 30 kg or more, the shipping costs increase by € 6.99 (within Germany) or € 19.80 (EU) for each 30 kg or part thereof.

Returns / Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, you shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post. If you are not satisfied with products from the Niederegger online shop, you can return them; the return postage must be paid in advance.
